I am a certified nutritional therapist and a proud member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
My Story
Learning about nutrition started as a personal interest regarding my own health and Thyroid dysfunction. I took a leap and dived into an MSc Nutritional Science & Practice degree. The world of functional nutrition blew my mind! I am fascinated by the biological roles and benefits of food and how our bodies are incredible machines. Now, with my knowledge, I would love to be able to inspire others. I have discovered that with the right nutritional guidance and lifestyle adjustments, it's possible to thrive, not just survive.
My philosophy is rooted in a holistic understanding of health. I believe that true wellness is not merely the absence of disease, but a harmonious balance of mind, body and spirit where we can live and feel our best. Whilst nutrition is pivotal, it's just one piece of the puzzle. A person's environment, stress levels, mindset and emotional well-being all play significant roles in their overall health.
